About me

Hi,

First time ever in my history to set up a blog! If it were not for Com 125, I could have been successfully running away from blogging, which I usually thought it simply as an online personal diary. After sitting in two lectures, I actually realized that - not just a diary, blogging is actually our bridge to the world.

I am Ha, 21 with my full name: Vo Thi Thu Ha. My American mother and some of my friends often tease me “Hahahahaha” whenever we meet each other. Feel a bit strange at first but I’ve never been angry (honestly). In fact, I couldn’t help it and I have to join them in laughing.

I am from Ha Noi, Viet Nam, a great destination for sightseeing like Phong Nha Ke Bang in Quang Binh, ancient city Hoi An in Hue, Ha Long Bay… and an ideal place for foods also - beef noodle soup, spring rolls, banh cuon nong, nem chua… a long list and I begin to miss home already :(. Not trying to marketing my country but I hope if you have an opportunity, just visit Viet Nam - especially join us in our Tet holidays - Chinese New Year), you’ll be certain to have a wonderful experience there -_*

I am just a simple and quiet person. I love watching movies including cartoon, comedy, and culture of different countries – China, Thailand, Egypt, Israel, Japan, and Korea as I love to travel around the globe. Fortunately, I had an opportunity to see Russia, America, and now Singapore. Besides, I also like to read love novels, VN women magazine, and daily news around the world. Plus, I love to spend time with my friends like going out for a picnic or cooking for a small gathering.

That is all for my first entry. Please feel free to leave any comments. See you later in my future entries ;P

Hello Ha, you might be interested to share some of your Vietnam heritage with your Singaporean classmates. I know of bloggers who travel to Vietnam and bring back photos of delicious food we never get to experience over here! :)
